musty roomstale food
i was pretty excited about this place initially. the room smelled a bit musty, a definite letdown considering what i paid. also, the breakfast buffet, while extensive, had some items that tasted stale and weren't replenished quickly enough. that old food was really disappointing!!!

wonderful stay near the pier!

The location was really convenient. It's right next to the east pier. i could easily walk to both beaches and the main walking street, which saved time. there were two good swimming pools with nice views, a big plus after a day of exploring.
the gym was a bit small, but it was adequate for a quick workout.

The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. I slept very well. a fridge, two bottles of water daily, and a tv with laptop connection were included in the room.

There were two nice pools available and a fitness area i briefly used. breakfast provided fresh food choices. I even saw monkeys playing on the hotel one afternoon!

Mediocre Stay with Location Issues
convenient pierexcessive humidity
The location was near the pier, so transport was easy upon arrival.
The humidity in the room was excessive, so everything felt damp. The canal near the bathroom gave off an unpleasant smell. I had to flush the toilet multiple times for it to work properly.
